Obtaining a visa to Cambodia is easy, and the process is very transparent and straightforward. There are two visa options: an e-visa or picking up a visa directly at the airport .
Passports are no longer stamped at border crossings – all information is recorded digitally. Before traveling to Cambodia, you must complete an electronic arrival card, also known as an e-Arrival Card . If you choose to apply for a visa at the airport, you can fill out your information on the e-Arrival Card before going through security – there are desks and tables with tablets available. To save time, you can do this in advance using a mobile app or on the website, but no earlier than seven days before your arrival. This means that pre-filling out the e-Arrival Card significantly speeds up border crossing.
To travel to Cambodia, you can apply for an electronic visa of type “T” (tourist visa) or “E” (business visa) . Your electronic visa will be valid for a single entry of 30 days within three months
Filling out the form is very simple and quick thanks to passport data scanning technology.
Required documents for online application: applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months, scanned or photographed photograph , valid email address , contact phone number , address of stay in Cambodia, travel documents (PDF or photo of plane ticket).
To pay for a Type T visa (tourist visa, $30) or Type E visa (business visa, $35), you can use a debit or credit card from the following payment systems: VISA Card, Mastercard, JCB Card, Diners Club Card, UnionPay, Alipay, or WeChat. (By the way, UnionPay cards are easily issued by Russian banks.)
Within three business days, you will receive an email with the coveted e-visa certificate. It will also contain all the necessary travel information. You will not be issued an e-visa sticker; you will need to print two copies of this e-visa certificate, one copy to submit to the immigration service as your tourist visa upon entry and one copy upon exit. A black and white printout of the e-visa is acceptable.

All your information will be verified upon arrival in the online immigration system. You will need to fill out departure and arrival cards at the entry and exit points—or, more accurately, use a pre-ordered electronic v-Pass .
Entry to countries with an invalid e-visa is prohibited. Please check the website https://evisa.gov.kh/ to find out the valid entry point for your e-visa.
If you wish to change any travel information (e.g. entry date, port of entry, etc.), please visit the “Check and Change” section at https://evisa.gov.kh/check_change/
If you received the email but could not obtain the approval certificate for your e-Visa, please contact the e-Visa Office of the Kingdom of Cambodia:

- Email: info@evisa.gov.kh 123@evisa.gov.kh evisacambodia@evisa.gov.kh
- (Please use your ID number and primary email address to log in to the check and change page to download your e-Visa).
To ensure smooth entry, please submit your Cambodia Arrival Notification (Health Information, Customs Declaration) electronically within 7 days prior to your arrival in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

You can enter the country with an electronic visa through the following checkpoints : Phnom Penh International Airport, Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, Sihanoukville International Airport (Not Cruising Ships), Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey), Bavet (Svay Rieng), Cham Yeam (Koh Kong), Tropaeng Kreal Border Post (Stung Treng).
