How it works:

• 100% payment → buyout in 5 or 10 years at 100% of the purchase price
• 50% down payment + 24-month installment plan → buyout in 10 years at 100% of the purchase price
• GRR and GBB act simultaneously
Suitable for those who want passive income and a pre-determined exit.

OPTION 2 – GRR at a discount
Price reduction due to the first 3 years of GRR
How it works:
• The first 3 years of GRR are used as a discount
• These payments are not paid in cash
• The purchase price becomes lower
What’s next:
• After 3 years, the client begins to receive GRR
• GBB does not apply in this option
Suitable for those who want to enter at a lower price and hold the property for the long term.

• Clients who pay 50–70% of the property cost
• After the official delivery of the project
• begin to receive GRR, even if the property has not yet been fully paid for
