The format is 46 floors, 459 units, 5-star service standards, and premium finishes in line with Wyndham’s international standards. The project combines residences with the full hotel service of the Wyndham brand, which operates a network of over 9,280 hotels in 95 countries.
The developer is UC Group , a 30-year-old company that has completed The View, Golden One, and other landmark projects. The contract with Wyndham is official, guaranteeing a consistent level of service and management.

- The building is fully erected, the facade and glazing are completed.
- Active finishing works are underway at all levels
- Basement floors (B1–B3): marble finishing, elevator lobbies, technical and storage areas
- Lower and middle floors: installation of engineering systems (MEP), partitions, ceilings, tiles, plastering
- Upper floors: fine finishing, built-in furniture, sanitary ware
- Lobby and public areas: furniture, lighting, decorative elements are almost complete
- Roofing and rooftop areas: swimming pool, spa, gym, helicopter roof, technical work and final inspections
