The developer is UC Group , a 30-year-old company that has completed The View, Golden One, and other landmark projects. The contract with Wyndham is official, guaranteeing a consistent level of service and management.

The project is steadily approaching completion. The construction works are in the final stage, and the final appearance of the complex is already clearly visible.
