The December investment tours were truly special – our investors witnessed the beginning of a major project with their own eyes ! We were present together at the official groundbreaking for Time Square 10. This is the moment when abstract figures and presentations become reality.
We viewed key properties and discussed investment strategies; analyzed the market without illusions—honestly, on the spot; found time for culture, socializing, and relaxation; recharged on the islands and simply took a breather.
The key to these tours is lively questions, dialogues, and decisions made consciously and calmly. We thank each participant for their trust. This is a great responsibility for us—and a great motivation to make the next tour even stronger.
