Here’s a look at the progress of the Kingston Royale construction project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from July 2025 to the present day:
We show the stages of construction work on the underground part of the project and the foundation in chronological order : preparation, concreting of piles, excavation of the pit and retaining walls, active tying of reinforcement, installation of formwork, preparation of structures for the foundation and the first underground level.

Report from December 11, 2025 : New photos show that construction has moved to the next level. The basement section is being assembled consistently and is steadily moving upward from the foundation:
- Formwork installation and reinforcement tying for columns have been completed
- some of the columns have already been prepared for concreting
- work is moving to the second underground level
- the power elements of the next tier of the structure are formed
Status as of January 2026
To date, the following work has been completed at the construction site:
- — the main works of the zero cycle have been completed
- — the excavation pit and the construction of retaining walls have been completed
- — the foundation part of the building has been formed
- — reinforcement tying and formwork installation completed
- — the formation of vertical load-bearing structures has begun
- — column formwork has been installed
- — the columns have been reinforced, some elements have been prepared for concreting
- — work is underway on the basement section and the second underground level

Kingston Royale Construction Update (February 14, 2026)
Currently, the first level floor slab (Slab F1) is being poured at the site.
What does this mean in simple terms:
- the first slab above the foundation is fully prepared and poured
- columns have been formed that will support the next floors
- the project has moved from the foundation stage to the floor construction stage
