Starting in December 2025, we’ll begin publishing regular monthly reports on the Time Square 10 construction project . These reports will feature real photos from the site, construction stages, and project progress, so you can see how your home/investment is growing, not just pretty renderings.

What has been done to date (report as of December 9, 2025):
- A Ground Breaking ceremony was held with the participation of the developer, contractor and investors.
- They brought the equipment to the site and prepared the construction site.
- The area is being prepared for piling work.
- Geodetic work and site marking have been carried out.
- The delivery and inspection of building materials (metal, structures, etc.) has begun.
