Starting in December 2025, we’ll begin publishing regular monthly reports on the Time Square 10 construction project . These reports will feature real photos from the site, construction stages, and project progress, so you can see how your home/investment is growing, not just pretty renderings.
TIME SQUARE 10 REPORT 29.AUGUST.2026 / download:
The project is currently in the active foundation-laying phase. The bulk of the piling work has been completed, and preparation of the pile caps and the formation of the massive foundation of the future complex is underway.
What’s happening on site now:
Soil excavation for grillages — 21%
Pile cap preparation — 40 of 197, or about 20%
Excavation and rock excavation are underway in zones PC3, PC6, and PC15
In area PC7, reinforcement has already been installed, the rebar has been tested, and concreting has been completed
In PC8, concrete preparation has been completed, pile cap testing has been completed, and a robust reinforcement cage is being installed
Soil removal and regular delivery of rebar and other construction materials to the site continue.

Progress Construction / 09.06.2026
report: As of 09/june/2026, foundation work continues on the first coastline of Sihanoukville.
Current progress:
- 180 out of 197 drilling piles have been completed — 91% ready.
- 109 out of 197 Sonic Tests have been conducted — 55% ready.
- Work continues on drilling the remaining piles.
- Checks of reinforcement, depth of wells and quality of concrete works are carried out.
- Materials are being monitored and the construction site is being prepared.

What has been done to date (report as of December 9, 2025):
- A Ground Breaking ceremony was held with the participation of the developer, contractor and investors.
- They brought the equipment to the site and prepared the construction site.
- The area is being prepared for piling work.
- Geodetic work and site marking have been carried out.
- The delivery and inspection of building materials (metal, structures, etc.) has begun.
