Smart City Project in Sihanoukville

Preah Sihanouk Province has been identified as one of the four key priorities in Cambodia’s National Tourism Strategic Plan.

With its renovated autonomous port and international airport, Sihanoukville is becoming a logistics hub connected to ASEAN and global markets. Preah Sihanouk Province is the only province in Cambodia to have been designated a Multi-Purpose Special Economic Zone by the government. Aiming to become a “Smart City,” the province integrates the city and surrounding areas while preserving national cultural identity, ensuring sustainability, and inclusiveness.

► Lack of a unified standard for access to information about parking spaces and its publication, as well as user convenience, safety and inclusiveness.
