Time Square 11 is strategically located in the BKK3 district of Phnom Penh on Street 113, adjacent to Monivong Boulevard, one of the city’s key commercial and transportation corridors. The project has officially transitioned from the sales and planning stage into active construction.

A major milestone was achieved with the successful completion of the official Ground Breaking Ceremony, marking the formal commencement of construction activities. Key progress updates include:
- Site preparation works have been completed.
- Preparatory works for increasing and connecting the project’s power supply capacity have been finalized.
- Water supply infrastructure connection and site utility organization are currently underway.
- Initial construction materials required for foundation works have been delivered to the site.
- Engineering network connections are in progress to support the next phase of construction.
With all essential preliminary activities advancing according to schedule, Time Square 11 has entered the implementation phase, laying the groundwork for foundation construction and subsequent structural development.
The project continues to move forward as planned, demonstrating steady progress from concept and sales into physical realization.
