As of June 2026, the project has successfully completed its initial site preparation phase and officially entered active construction. Key milestones achieved include:
- Installation of the temporary construction site perimeter fencing.
- Delivery and assembly of specialized equipment required for piling operations.
- Arrival of reinforcement steel and other essential construction materials.
- Successful completion of the official Ground Breaking Ceremony, marking the commencement of construction activities.
- Site clearing, organization, and implementation of safety and environmental control measures across the project area.
According to the foundation and piling schedule, the development is now entering the groundwork stage, with preparations completed for foundation installation and the start of major structural works.
