A recent report from the construction site. Work is progressing well: concrete is being poured for the columns, the building core, ramps, and stairwells. The core wall and floor slabs from Level -5 to Level 3 are already fully completed.
And as a reminder, ODOM remains the only project in Phnom Penh with a five-level underground parking garage . This is a rarity for Cambodia and a huge plus for future owners: convenience, security, and high liquidity.





Update: ODOM Construction Progress | January 2026
All structural work on the project has been completed. The building’s reinforced concrete frame has been completed—from Basement Level 5 to the upper floors, including columns, floors, walls, stairways, ramps, and slabs.
The building’s underground section is fully completed. The structural phase of construction has been fully completed, confirming the project’s actual implementation and the transition to the next stages.

- The readiness of the podium part of the project has reached 15%
- The filling of the columns and the core wall at the Ground Floor level has been completed
- Work is underway on reinforcement and preparation of the Level 1 plate Concrete and monolithic works are actively continuing at the site
- Tower cranes and several construction zones are operating simultaneously
- The project is gradually moving into the active phase of vertical construction in the Phnom Penh center
